CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Fitness Classes:

Move to Improve / Morning Shake Up / Lunch Hour Blitz
These are circuit-based classes with 6 exercise stations. Each station focuses on functional fitness and with each class you will get a full body workout! All exercises are designed to be modified in various ways to accommodate all levels. Classes begin and end with a dynamic warm-up and cool-down led by Scott.
The main difference between these 3 classes are the time of day in which they are held.
Men's Strength & Conditioning:
Looking to improve your muscular strength and endurance?
Work on your cardiovascular fitness, joint mobility & flexibility?
Help promote fat loss by building muscle and creating healthy exercise habits?
These classes based in a small, private gym will focus on using bodyweight and portable equipment exercises to help you achieve those goals.
Forever Active (55+):
This fitness class targets the 55+ community AND individuals that are looking for a low impact / low resistance exercise option.
It will focus on using a variety of resistance methods (i.e., small weights, resistance bands & body weight) to safely exercise the upper body, lower body and core muscle groups.
Yoga with Myste every Tuesday and Thursday:
$15/class or ask about a punch pass.

- Chair Yoga, Core and Spine Strength:
A workout for the mind and body applicable to all levels of fitness. Includes joint and spinal mobilizations, core muscle strengthening, brain stimulation, balance, and breathing exercises activating the respiratory and cardiovascular systems while creating an inner sense of stability and calmness.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 11am-12:30pm
