Late Morning Blitz / Lunch Hour Power-Up
These classes are designed for individuals to put life on pause and concentrate on their health when times are overwhelming with busy mornings and hectic afternoons.
The focus of these weekly programs are to use a circuit-based, interval training approach that uses a variety of intensities, exercise durations and rest periods to target different aspects of physical fitness. (muscular strength / endurance, cardiovascular conditioning for example)  
From using your body weight to a variety of fitness equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells and TRX suspension trainers, exercises in these classes are for all ability levels from beginner to advanced.​

Evening Fit
Unable to attend the midday sessions? Don’t worry, we’ve got an ideal solution for you with our comparable program. This session utilizes a circuit-based, interval training method that caters to every fitness level, ensuring you never have to miss out on your workout goals.​

Men's Strength & Conditioning:
Interested in becoming part of a class that emphasizes the development of healthy exercise habits through well-designed and effective resistance training programs tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals? You'll find this class hosted in a private gym, where participants of all fitness levels are encouraged to join. Our exercises are adaptable to suit your individual fitness level. Come try a session and discover if it's right for you!

Forever Active (55+):
This fitness class targets the 60+ community AND individuals that are looking for a low impact / low resistance exercise option.
Programs will focus on using a variety of resistance methods (i.e., small weights, resistance bands & body weight) to safely exercise the upper body, lower body and core muscle groups to improve your daily living.
